Daniel Wilson-Omordia
Daniel is a soon-to-graduate Economics student at the University of Bath. He has aspirations to work in finance full time. Daniel has spent the majority of his life in Milton Keynes. Even though he has lived in a variety of places before and since Milton Keynes, he still considers it his hometown.
Daniel understands the importance of giving back and elevating the community around him. Recently, he has undertaken the mentorship of a university student and was looking for a way to contribute in a larger way. When the idea for Fresh Youth MK was pitched to him, it sounded perfect.
Chileshe Mubanga
Chileshe graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2013 where she attained a 2.1 in Marketing. Since then, her career has gone from strength to strength developing the essential skills needed to succeed in her roles.
Chileshe has over 6 years experience working in several industries ranging from tourism to higher education.
Kerion Komolafe
Having graduated with BSc honours degree in Medical Physiology and Therapeutics from the University of Nottingham, he is currently studying Medicine at St. George’s university London, University of Nicosia campus. Outside of education he enjoys playing football, fashion design and making music.
Being involved in the community is particularly important to Kerion, especially in today’s society when it has never been easier to stay disenfranchised and indifferent. At FYMK one of our aims is to help youths find the correct path for their life journey and shape the future. We have to be hands-on and involved to make a difference!
Alexandrea Wusu
Alexandrea Wusu is a psychology graduate with experience caring for children and young people. Currently a research intern for the University of Hull, she is paving her way towards an established career in Psychology. Alexandrea has a heart for young people in higher education to excel regardless of external barriers that affect them. She is also an accomplished musician and creative artist with a YouTube music channel named DreaSings.

MEET THE TEAM

Kayode Komolafe
Kay has lived and worked in Milton Keynes for 22 years. He believes in the community and has engaged in different capacities and activities to grow and develop the next generation. He worked in Technology programme management for 14 years and as head of programme management at Transport Systems Catapult, delivering components of the driverless car project for UK. Apart from delivering complex projects, Kay leads and develop effective teams and mentors young professionals to excel in their career.  Kay believes every life deserves a chance, he volunteers with the Prison Fellowship and supports the Sycamore Tree project to see transformation in lives of those inside.
Alexander Pinheiro
Alexander has provided business technology consulting services to both public and private sector organisations, by leading, shaping, and driving delivery strategies for complex global IT infrastructure programmes.
Alexander consults within the Defence sector developing Strategies and Roadmaps at corporate and cross-functional levels working across organisational silos.
His previous roles include Programme Lead (NATO) Deutsche Telekom, Transition & Transformation Manager (NS&I) Atos, Programme Manager BAE Systems Applied Intelligence.
His interests are in Leadership, Coaching/Mentoring (Facilitating Personal Development) and Enterprise Architecture.
Fola Komolafe
MBE DL
Fola worked in the private and public sector for over thirty years before retiring from Mazars as partner and global lead for international development. She worked in financial services at HSBC, in IBM’s technology and consulting business and in international development through NNGO, INGO and Open University. Fola leads Indisys, a consulting and coaching services business, and is the co-founder of Fresh Inspiration, a charity devoted to the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. A passionate Christian minister and business leader, Fola is Non Executive Director on a number of boards and vice president with MKCF and British Red Cross.
Reynold Williams
Reynold has been a strong contributor in various IT related roles, recently within some of the largest retail organisations in the UK. Reynold holds a 2:1 degree in Computing and Networks as well as a MSc in Digital Forensics, he attributes his success to the hard work, sacrifices and hands on experience gained once leaving full time education.
Reynold has always taken a keen interest in his local community of Milton Keynes. He is a firm believer in giving back and has been heavily involved in the mentoring of children and young adults at his local Milton Keynes Christian Centre
Uzo Nwuga
As a wife of someone with long term disability and mother of 3 young children, Uzo has a very genuine and unique perspective of how difficult and challenging life can be.
She is passionate about encouraging and empowering people which she does via blogs and podcasts through her website – www.uzonwuga.com and her i_Authentiic YouTube channel.
Her desire is to use her experience and skills to educate and empower others about the tools they need to get out of their current situation by inspiring and directing them toward their vision and goals.
