About us

About Us

We are passionate, intentional and inspired! A team of people transforming the lives of young people from black and minority ethnic communities, changing their narrative and ensuring they become economically viable.

Through our mentoring and empowerment sessions we help young people (our young clients) to get the experience, exposure and knowledge they need to achieve their aspirations, and to progress as role models and in leadership roles at work, in business and society. We use real life experience of people like them to inspire and motivate our young people. We believe in the potential in each young person, they are the future. In a supportive environment they can soar and do something great in this life.

Our work is delivered in partnership with businesses, community groups, local authorities and educational establishments.
