I think the mentoring programme is a brilliant idea, especially as I’ve seen a lack of this in Milton Keynes. I am part of a few BAME mentoring programmes but it’s always been difficult for me in terms of transport and ease of communication due to the offices being in London. I would take full advantage of a business exposure programme like this.
