Our young clients receive advice, information and hands on help in making realistic and purposeful choices about their career prospects and future aspiration. They learn how to pursue their chosen career and are supported with completing applications, interviewing skills, networking and finding employment or starting a new business.
I think especially during COVID pandemic, a lot my fiends and young people in general are looking for employment. And they have had the steps to achieve their career goals halted or they have had to reroute the original pathway/process they wanted to follow. I think mentors are essential in guiding young people especially now considering how this generation are facing some of the biggest difficulties and obstacles and they need to guidance to manoeuvre around all this chaos. –Shalman”
